We are looking for an inspirational and enthusiastic
JUNIOR SALES REPRESENTATIVE FOR FRANCE & ITALY
to join our Market Area Scandinavia & EMEA Wholesale team
As our Junior Sales Representative for France and Italy, you will be responsible for driving the acquisition of new customers while further developing the existing client base within these key markets. You will focus on establishing and nurturing long-term client relationships, strategically driving sales growth and fostering profitable business models while strengthening the company’s omnichannel brand presence, amplifying its visibility and impact across all platforms. In this role you will also manage and oversee direct sales in designated stores, ensuring compliance with global standards while tailoring strategies to meet local needs. You will act as a liaison between the shop floor and the wholesale sales teams to drive and optimize overall sales performance.
This is a full-time fix-term position from May - November 2026. The role will be based in Paris and is fully remote. You will report to the International Key Account Manager EMEA.
Main responsibilities:
- Prospecting and new customer acquisition
- To manage and take ownership of the accounts, fostering a strong partnership with the customer
- Responsibility for achieving sales targets and goals through effective strategies while considering the company’s overall interests
- To execute budgeting and estimates based on provided guidelines
- To assist the Key Account Manager in planning and execution, ensuring alignment with company practices
- To prepare monthly and quarterly reports, including analysis, budget tracking, and action plans to ensure target alignment, alongside conducting post-mortem analysis to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
- To ensure that our partners adhere to global guidelines and timelines, adjusting if necessary for local market needs
- To gather market insights from partners and communicate relevant updates to internal teams (merchandising, retail, marketing, visual merchandising) for informed decision-making.
- To support partners’ orders and ensure they are in line with global brand, marketing, VM, and assortment guidelines, and incorporate local adaptations when needed
- To act as a bridge between the customers shopfloor and wholesale sales team, ensuring clear communication and seamless collaboration
In order to succeed in the role, you have:
- +3 years of experience working within fashion or home sales either in retail or wholesale
- An agile and solution oriented mindset
- Ability to lead and manage cross-functional projects in a matrix organization.
- Commercial & business acumen with ability / proven track record of P&L management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- A proven track record of successful account management
- A deep understanding of the European WHS, retail and shopper landscape with a results-driven and commercial mindset
- Willingness for frequent international travel
- Fluency in English and French both written and spoken, fluency in Italian is seen as a plus
